- Proofreading the studies.
- Revising and proofreading the final copy of the issue before sending it to the printing house.
- Managing the process of sending the studies to the printing house and the publisher.
Tasks and responsibilities of the Editorial Board
- Receiving and responding to incoming correspondence.
- Communicating with the researchers and contributors.
- Identifying the number of studies and reports to be published in each issue.
- Arrangement of the studies according to professional perspectives.
- Reviewing of the submitted papers.
- Contacting reviewers.
- Modifying minor remarks of the reviewers.
- In case of jury members’ agreement on rejecting a paper, the paper is sent back to the researcher along with a copy of the jury members' feedback reports. In this case, the researcher pays the reviewing and mailing fees.
- Communicating with key scholars soliciting them to write opening articles relevant to the journal’s areas of interest.
- Following up the amendments carried out by the researcher(s) in accordance with the referees’ feedback.
- Sending “Letters of Acceptance” to authors whose papers are accepted for publication. This is normally done within one month after submission of the final draft of the research paper.
- Sending a copy of the issue and 10 copies of the research to the researcher when the issue is published,
- Sending a copy of each issue to each jury member who participated in the refereeing process.
